How we keep your images safe

As a mother of two young children and someone who has spent 15 years working in technology in Silicon Valley, I understand just how important it is to keep our children’s images and personal information safe online. That’s why I want to personally share how seriously we take your trust—and what we do every day to protect it.

Our Commitment to Your Privacy

When you upload photos of your children or share personal details with us, you’re placing your trust in our hands. We don’t take that lightly. Our team is committed to keeping your images and information as safe and private as possible, using the best tools and practices available.

How We Protect Your Photos

  • Secure Storage: All images are stored using advanced encryption, both while they’re being uploaded and once they’re safely on our servers. This means that even if someone were to access our storage, your photos would be unreadable without the proper keys.

  • Safe Transmission: Whenever you upload or view your images, your connection is protected by industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption. This is the same technology banks use to keep your financial data secure.

  • Strict Access Controls: Only a small, trusted team has access to your images, and only when absolutely necessary. We regularly review and update our access policies to ensure your privacy.

  • Regular Security Reviews: Our systems are monitored and updated constantly. We work with security experts to test for vulnerabilities and fix any issues as soon as they’re found.

Honesty and Transparency

No system is perfect, and I won’t pretend otherwise. The reality of the internet is that no one can promise 100% bulletproof security. But I can promise you this: we are always vigilant. We are always improving. And we are always on your side.

If anything ever happens that might affect your data, you’ll hear it from us first. We believe in transparency and open communication, because, as a consumer and parent myself, that’s what I would want for my own family.

Your Role in Safety

We also encourage you to use strong, unique passwords and keep your login information private. If you ever have questions or concerns about your privacy, please reach out. We’re here to help.

Thank you for trusting us with your precious images. As a parent and a professional, I promise we’ll do everything we can to honor that trust—today and every day.

Warmly,
Lindsey Witmer Collins
